Maintain and develop your own mental wellbeing through these individual sessions.
Booked in blocks of three sessions at a time, these sessions allow you the freedom to explore personal issues and goals through art therapy. In the initial session we'll get to know each other and begin to outline what you want to explore through art therapy. The next two sessions will be about using art therapy to move you in the direction you want to go. In session 3 we'll assess our work together, and book further sessions in as required.
These sessions are for anyone who wants to maintain and develop their mental wellbeing through creativity.
